Getting started with Nodezap

Nodezap helps teams build internal tools, admin panels, dashboards, and automate workflows - all without coding.

Nodezap can integrate with your existing tech stack, connect to most databases and REST APIs. You can control and manage the entire operation from one place. Nodezap is one unified platform for workflows and people.

There are three important parts to any functional app on Nodezap: user interface, a business logic layer (Flow), and a Store to persist data.

User interface

With Nodezap building the UI is really fast and easy. Nodezap provides a complete set of powerful UI widgets out of the box. Tables, Kanban, Forms, Charts, etc. - you have all the UI elements required to build a fully functional internal tool.

You can drag and drop these widgets into Pages. Each page can hold any number of widgets. It’s better to group functionalities into different pages. You can configure custom UI interactions required to build your app.

Flow

Nodezap provides a complete set of powerful pre-built logic Blocks. You can drag and drop Blocks to build a sequence of logical steps that define your workflow. You can also run your own Javascript code when a Flow is executed.

You can connect the Flows to any external databases and REST APIs. You can use our native integrations to connect to popular services. With Nodezap's Zapier integration you can connect to more than 3000 apps and services.

Once you have the Flow configured, you can connect UI widgets to the Flows. Whenever a user interacts with the UI widgets, these Flows are automatically executed.

Store

Most of the app needs to store the data somewhere. Nodezap makes it easy to store the app data in Store( Database on Nodezap). You can also connect Nodezap to external data sources like Google sheet, MongoDB, PostgreSQL databases, etc. You can connect Nodezap to any of your external data sources through REST APIs.
